We are a modern bakery confectionery with café-bar restaurant in the heart of Davos Dorf, already run in the 4th generation.
In our daily operation with about 100 seats, we serve regional and traditional dishes and snacks all day long. In our well-frequented sales shop, fresh baked goods are sold daily alongside various house specialties. Furthermore, we supply various hotels and restaurants in the region daily.
In November 2021, we were awarded for the fourth time in a row at the Swiss Bakery Trophy as the best bakery-confectionery in the canton of Graubünden. In June 2019, we also won the Baker's Crown of the Swiss Bakers Association.
