The «focus youth» foundation is a modern center for special education in the Solothurn area and offers diverse and attractive school and residential options for young people with special care needs. - Personnel processes: You accompany our employees from entry to exit and ensure that everything runs reliably and smoothly in personnel administration.
- Payroll & Administration: You prepare employment contracts, carry out changes, prepare payroll runs, and handle topics such as accidents, illness, or family allowances.
- Development & Quality: You contribute ideas, optimize processes, and participate in HR projects, regulations, and templates.
- Consulting & Support: You are the contact person for employees and managers and provide competent information on HR topics.
- Team & Organization: You support the planning of introductions, training, and events, thus contributing to a lively team culture.
- Taking responsibility: In case of absences, you take over tasks of the HR management – a valuable opportunity to develop professionally and personally.
Enrich us with...
- Expertise: Commercial basic training with further education in human resources (e.g., HR assistant, HR clerk, or in the payroll area).
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in HR administration, ideally in the social or educational sector.
- Reliability: You work in a structured, careful manner and keep an overview even with multiple tasks.
- Communication: You are service-oriented, empathetic, and appreciate contact with people.
- IT affinity: You are confident in using MS Office; experience with Infoniqa or Nexus Personnel is a plus but not a requirement.
