Head of Mandate Management Adult Protection (80%)

What you will achieve with us

• Responsibility for the professional and personnel management of a mandate management group in the child and adult protection service branch with 8 guardians
• Professional advice, coaching and support of employees in case management and methodology
• Ensuring a professional, efficient and legally compliant implementation of the measures assigned by the KESB
• Responsibility for case distribution and resource planning
• Networking and relationship management with internal interfaces and third parties
• Participation in the further development of the service branch, in new processes and their implementation

How you inspire us

• Degree in social education or law (FH, university) as well as CAS in mandate management, systemic counseling, mediation or similar
• Several years of professional experience in child and adult protection and leadership experience
• Good legal and business knowledge
• Organizational talent, service orientation and negotiation skills
• Networked thinking, solution orientation and conceptual skills
• Resilience, empathy and strong cooperation skills
