What you will achieve with us
- Responsibility for the professional and personnel management of a mandate management group in the child and adult protection service branch with 8 guardians
- Professional advice, coaching and support of employees in case management and methodology
- Ensuring a professional, efficient and legally compliant implementation of the measures assigned by the KESB
- Responsibility for case distribution and resource planning
- Networking and relationship management with internal interfaces and third parties
- Participation in the further development of the service branch, in new processes and their implementation
How you inspire us
- Degree in social education or law (FH, university) as well as CAS in mandate management, systemic counseling, mediation or similar
- Several years of professional experience in child and adult protection and leadership experience
- Good legal and business knowledge
- Organizational talent, service orientation and negotiation skills
- Networked thinking, solution orientation and conceptual skills
- Resilience, empathy and strong cooperation skills
