• Overall coordination and monitoring of the assortment: newspapers, magazines, tobacco products, postcards, hotel supplies, consignment goods
• Management of orders, returns, and incoming goods inspection including verification of incoming invoices
• Planning and organization of product presentation as well as ensuring optimal shelf and stock replenishment
• Administration and control of vouchers of all kinds, including cinema vouchers
• Responsibility for correct invoicing, billing, and cash deposits
• Leadership, deployment planning, and motivation of the sales team
• Analysis of sales figures and implementation of sales-promoting measures

• Several years of experience in sales, preferably in upscale hospitality or high-quality retail
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and excellent manners
• Well-groomed appearance as well as a good sense of style and product presentation
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high degree of initiative
• Customer orientation and sales competence with the aim of creating an exclusive shopping experience
