To complete its team, the Faculty of Geosciences and Environment (FGSE) is looking for a Dean's Office Secretary.

Contract duration: 1 year
Activity rate: 70%
Workplace: UNIL, Géopolis, Lausanne
Your activities
In your activities, you will notably be required to:
• Record all useful documents on the central server
• Ensure the current secretariat and reception of the dean's office
• Ensure the administrative and operational organization of committees
• Prepare the hiring files of the FGSE teaching staff
• Ensure the organization and smooth running of official FGSE ceremonies
Your profile
Holder of a commercial employee CFC or with equivalent experience, you master the French language and are comfortable in English. You work in a structured manner, adapt easily to all types of interlocutors and situations, are capable of working both in a group and independently, and have a sense of teamwork.
