Drive the progress of Controls Transformation

Working with the Controls Transformation team means you will help our clients achieve their business performance goals by using different techniques and the latest technology to build up smart, lean, and efficient internal control frameworks that meet the needs of the business and respond to the digital world of the future.

Your day-to-day tasks may include leading small projects and teams in financial controls transformation work and advising clients on issue solving and improvement in the different business areas.

How you can make an impact


  • Manage projects and teams and advise clients on their internal control framework by: assessing financial risks, scoping, designing or improving financial controls and processes, identifying potential controls deficiencies and developing relevant improvement plans.

  • Identifying client’s issues and pain point in area of financial controls and developing risk solutions to turn the issues into business opportunities.

  • Supporting financial controls go-to-market initiatives and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to develop new market offerings and advance existing ones

Who we are looking for?


  • You are pro-active, adaptable, keen to grow and have strong interpersonal and communication skills allowing you to build good relationships with clients and team members

  • You are partially or fully qualified in an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or others)

  • You have experience leading small teams as well as managing and delivering end-to-end workstreams.

  • You have up to 3 to 5 years of experience in assessing risks, reviewing, testing and/or performing financial controls, identifying control deficiencies, and defining improvement opportunities. Experience in internal controls design, remediation, and implementation will be considered an asset.

  • You have good knowledge of the core business processes (e.g., PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax, HR, etc.), ICOFR relevant controls and key risk management concepts. Big 4 consulting or advisory experience would be a strong advantage. Fluency in French is required for the Geneva office.
