… At the Debt Enforcement and Municipal Office Pfannenstiel, exciting tasks, modern workflows, and around 10,000 debt enforcement cases annually from five municipalities in the region await you.

To complete our team, we are looking for a clerk starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement

What are your tasks:

• Formal and substantive examination of incoming debt enforcement requests and their further processing
• Providing information from the debt enforcement register
• Processing and handling daily mail (requests for legal assistance, suspensions, etc.)
• Telephone and counter service
• Receipt of payments, invoicing, and dunning process
• Processing bankruptcy openings
• Deliveries (payment orders, bankruptcy warnings, judicial and official deliveries) at the counter and on site (field service)
• Assuming the role of practical trainer for the apprentice in the office area

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training
• First professional experience at the debt enforcement office is mandatory
• Driver's license category B
• Independent, resilient, and flexible working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Confident appearance, good communication skills, and assertiveness
• Foreign language skills are a plus
• Course as a practical trainer is an advantage
