Your new job

• Tasks are located in the Middle Office of the SLB business area and include, among others, the optimisation of processes, developing and establishing new procedures as well as participating in daily business
• Responsibility, as an interface between various units, for a smooth and efficient workflow
• Handling complex cases in recurring processes; independently, carefully and with very high quality
• Thanks to increasing experience in operational daily business, contributing to the ongoing optimisation, automation and testing of the underlying processes
• Enjoy shaping the team’s scope of influence and tackling new tasks, along with clear communication tailored to all levels and the aspiration to provide high-quality services

What we benefit from

• Preferably knowledge in the Securities Lending area and/or securities/settlement area
• Ideally training or experience with an analytical component, high problem-solving skills
• Ability to keep a cool head in hectic times
• Capable of continuously and flexibly reassessing and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced and demanding business field
• German and English spoken and written, very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally knowledge of the core banking system Avaloq
