The Stiftung Alterswohnen Muttenz offers elderly people a variety of tailored models for living, care, and nursing, creating a cozy and comfortable home for them. The foundation includes the nursing homes Käppeli and Zum Park. At our two locations, approximately 250 employees care for a total of 205 residents.

We are looking for a

Department Head Nursing HF 80-100% starting in January or by arrangement

• Responsibility for the leadership and organization of the department with 38 residents
• Direct leadership and responsibility for the development of employees
• Responsibility for the flow of information to stakeholders and implementation of the home's mission statement and leadership principles
• Duty scheduling
• Ensuring high-quality, resident-oriented, and safe care
• Participation in process optimizations and quality standards
• Ensuring all necessary nursing documentation
• Ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration with other areas
• Participation in nursing
• Active involvement in personnel recruitment

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF
• You are a leader and radiate confidence
• You live a positive attitude
• You have a high degree of independence, strong assertiveness, and pronounced social competence
• You are an open and communicative strong personality
• You have very good computer skills and are IT savvy
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
