For our Vice-Rectorate for Teaching, we are looking for a Program Director BSc & MSc in Business Administration 80-100% starting February 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
These are your main tasks:
- Operational responsibility for the assigned modules, courses, and degree programs in the area of BSc and MSc Business Administration
- Conceptual further development of degree programs and modules, conducting module reviews including teaching-learning plans (LLPs); selection and management of lecturers, as well as support in developing new course offerings
- Individual advising and support of students throughout all study phases
- Ensuring the quality of study modules as well as compliance with processes and regulations of the university of applied sciences
- Participation in committees (e.g., grading conventions) and involvement in projects
- Active participation in marketing the educational offerings (information events, prospective student advising)
What you bring with you:
- A university degree (MA/MSc) in a relevant field of study
- Several years of professional experience in business-oriented functions, ideally with interfaces to education, training, or organizational development
- Experience in practice-oriented, performance- and market-driven work environments
- Experience in project management
- Independent, structured, and precise way of working
- High level of implementation strength, pragmatism, and resilience
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Very good German skills as well as good English; French skills desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as affinity and motivation to use digital and AI-supported learning and teaching formats, applications, and LMS platforms (e.g., OpenOlat, Brian; Mindsmith, etc.)
