About the position
The Sales Representative Neurology – all genders - is responsible for sales development in the neurology sector in Switzerland. In close collaboration with the cross-functional team, the Sales Rep develops the necessary strategies for his/her territory. This requires in-depth knowledge of own and competitor products as well as current sales techniques. The Sales Rep Neurology acts as the primary contact person for HCPs in his/her area. He/she plans the strategic and tactical approach for each customer within an omnichannel approach for the neurology product portfolio.
As part of the GSA Multi-Country Organization (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), we at Sanofi promote joint success through cross-border collaboration. In Sanofi's Specialty Care Business Unit, we focus on immunology, multiple sclerosis, oncology, and rare diseases.

Main responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the strategic market launch of the product portfolio in the MS area as well as other indications
- Achieving the annual sales targets through targeted sales and information discussions
- Building and maintaining business relationships with assigned centers and KOLs as the primary contact in the territory
- Cross-channel customer approach through coordinated use of digital and personal communication channels
- Planning and implementation of expert lectures, seminars, round tables, sponsorships, and participation in national/international congresses
- Systematic analysis of the market and competitive situation as well as strategic customer prioritization through targeted segmentation
- Systematic documentation and analysis of all customer activities in the CRM system and derivation of strategic follow-up measures
- Identification and implementation of business opportunities and promotion of product acceptance in the assigned territory
- Close cooperation with marketing and medical to ensure consistent brand messages and optimize campaigns through closed-loop marketing
About you
Experience:
- Several years of successful professional experience in Specialty Care (Rx) in Switzerland, ideally with launch experience and MS experience
- Existing network with neurologists and relevant specialists in the Swiss market
Social skills / Technical abilities:
- Strong communication and presentation skills with proven experience in presentations to medical professionals
- Very good strategic-analytical skills combined with independent working style and high implementation strength
- Extensive experience in digital customer communication, including CRM systems, web conferences, and eDetailing
- Confident use of Microsoft 365, iPad, and digital sales tools as well as openness to new digital channels
- Proven adaptability to new working methods and customer interactions with a special focus on multi-channel communication
Education:
- University degree in human medicine, pharmacy, or natural sciences, alternatively paramedical training with specialist expertise
Languages:
- Fluent German and good English skills (French advantageous)
