Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing the day's arrivals, including room allocation, VIP reception, and relocations.
- You will ensure smooth collaboration with all hotel departments.
- Your mission will be to monitor the satisfaction of present guests and anticipate their needs.
- You will supervise billing and payment collection from individual clients and groups.
- You will be responsible for developing, updating, and applying reception procedures.
- You will organize and lead regular meetings with the reception team.
- You will participate in the training and integration of new employees.
- You will ensure clear and effective communication with the team, the Head of Reception, and other departments.
Profile sought
- You have a hospitality training (CFC, hotel school, CAP/BEP/BTS).
- You have gained 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5* establishment.
- You master computer tools (Opera, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You possess managerial and team management skills.
- You have a strong sense of welcome, customer service, and excellent presentation.
- You are bilingual in French and English, and knowledge of German is an asset.
