• Planning and scheduling of national and international transports 
• Creation, coordination, and monitoring of transport orders
• Scheduling appointments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments
• Shipment tracking and proactive handling of deviations and issues
• Maintenance and updating of master data and prices
• Cost monitoring and support with freight tenders
• Ensuring compliance with customs and transport regulations

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of transport/logistics
• Professional experience in transport planning and scheduling is an advantage
• Good knowledge of customs and export processes
• A structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
