SPECIALIST: FINANCE 80 - 100% (ALL)

 FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING

• You perform general accounting tasks such as the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• You assist with the monthly / quarterly / annual closing. You also help with the preparation and execution of the annual audit.
• You invoice special bills and manage dunning.
• You handle customs / VAT invoices.

SUPPORT CFO

• You support the CFO and department management in specific controlling tasks.
• You assist the CFO with budgeting / projections / forecasting.
• You support the CFO with monthly / quarterly / annual financial statement closings as well as with monthly variance and ad-hoc analyses.
• You help with the development and coordination of the ICS / management system.
• You assist in maintaining and further developing the controlling instruments.

• You have completed vocational training, e.g., as a commercial employee EFZ, and have further education in finance and accounting or many years of professional experience in the field.
• You possess expertise in finance & controlling.
• You are an open and team-oriented personality and an entrepreneurial and implementation-strong individual with high flexibility, resilience, and result orientation.
• You work efficiently, cleanly, and leave a positive impression with your well-groomed and friendly appearance. Great commitment, flexibility, resilience, reliability, and sense of responsibility are among your strengths.
• You have good German language skills in spoken and written form.
