Junior Property Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an industry expert in the Basel region to join our team as a "Priverian" and support us in achieving our goals.

• Independent management of an exciting portfolio of residential properties
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
• Coordinating and implementing rental activities
• Issuing and monitoring repair and renovation orders
• Handling damage and insurance cases
• Creating owner reports as well as control and condition reports

• A commercial qualification is mandatory
• You have at least 2 years of experience in property management
• Fluent German is a must, foreign language skills are a plus
• You are courageous, flexible, and set necessary priorities
• Even as a real estate professional, you gladly face every new challenge
