The Senior Center Naters, consisting of the houses Sancta Maria and St. Michael, offers a home with care and support to 160 residents. Additionally, the house Stelle accommodates about 30 tenants in assisted living. Around 200 employees work in various areas. We offer apprenticeships starting August 2026 as Health Specialist EFZ or Assistant Health and Social Services EBA. Our offer: We provide an exciting and challenging training in an open and collegial team. During the training, you can learn all the basic skills in accompanying, supporting, and caring for our seniors. Your profile: We are looking for a motivated, sociable, conscientious personality who enjoys working in a team, has joy in dealing with people and in care. You have completed or are completing compulsory schooling with good grades. You have good German skills.
