Do you want to actively and sustainably ensure the quality of our products? We are looking for a personality to support our departments. 

Your Tasks

• Define and support quality issues and processes as well as ensure the implementation of adjustments
• Monitor error management and record deviations
• Ensure the processing and completion of error reports
• Support in problem analyses
• Initiate quality measures 
• Ensure current documents in process management
• Assist in optimizing processes and documents
• Organize and conduct internal audits
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings and ERFA groups

Your Profile

• Higher education degree (FH, TS) with further training in quality assurance and quality management
• Further training in Lean Management or Six Sigma
• Experience with methods such as FMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, and FTA
• High social competence and communication skills
• Structured and independent working style
• Residence with good accessibility to the Möhlin (AG) and Hedingen (ZH) locations is mandatory
