In your role as a Change Manager, you will support numerous teams and projects by applying your change expertise. Implementing change management strategies is your goal and with your creativity and solution oriented working methods you will contribute to an amazing company's future through great collaboration with all business areas.

What you will do

• Establishing change methods to support Axpo's business areas and projects and assessing change support needs across the Axpo Group
  


• Building up change management methods & tools for several teams and projects by running workshops and change approach coachings
  


• Supporting the implementation of change management strategies and deliver change communication
  


• Taking responsibility for plans and initiatives to anticipate and minimize opposition from employees and stakeholders
  


• Supporting HR to identify required learning and development programs to develop change management skills across the Axpo group
  

What you bring & who you are

• You have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  


• You are proficient in stakeholder management at Senior Management level
  


• You can influence others and move towards a common goal
  


• You have a Master Degree (Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering or similar) with at least 5 years of change experience in an international cooperation or consultancy
  


• You own a Prosci's Change Management certification
  


• You are fluent in German and English writing and oral
