• Ensuring a smooth registration process for stays and interventions as well as reception and registration of patients

• Ensuring telephone availability by providing information, answering general enquiries and forwarding calls to the responsible departments
• Coordination of internal interfaces as well as organisational support in day-to-day business
• Creating routine correspondence, simple reports and minutes (partly by dictation) as well as preparing meetings
• Recording, managing and archiving data (physically and electronically) as well as preparing simple statistics and tables

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in an administrative or organisational role, ideally in healthcare or hospitality
• Confident handling of MS Office and common office applications
• Structured, independent working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
