Monitor fund cash flows and oversee asset safekeeping

Perform NAV checks, investment compliance oversight, and cash reconciliations

Review and document control processes with strong audit-trail discipline

Liaise with fund managers and service providers to resolve breaches, errors, or queries

Support onsite due-diligence visits and relationship management

Contribute to cross-team workstreams focused on efficiency and process improvement
About the candidate:

3-5 years' experience in depositary, fund operations, compliance, or a related field

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise, manage stakeholders, and navigate regulatory requirements
- English fluency a must. German fluency preferred.
