About the job
At Ruby, your personality really matters, your time really matters, and we strongly believe we groove way better together. At Ruby, we keep breaking new ground.
Hey Sunshine,
Are you a pro when it comes to the planning and magic behind the scenes? Do you think your workplace should be a place with character and soul where new ideas come to life? Then you are the missing olive in our martini, the missing melody in our music, and the heartbeat of our Rubyverse.
We are a rapidly growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in the most exciting locations in Europe and many more projects under construction. We are taking new paths with our Lean Luxury philosophy and thus creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury. Our office in Munich bundles all construction/design, administrative, and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel.
Join us and make it your own story
With us, you are guaranteed not to be bored because you:
- Coordinate internal communication at Ruby and ensure that all teams are always well informed, connected, and motivated
- Are a central interface between our departments, support the teams with organizational matters, and strengthen our corporate culture
- Support strategic and cross-departmental projects and accompany them from idea to implementation
- Take over the coordination of offsites, events, and workshops from the agenda through execution to follow-up
- Contribute with creative ideas to continuously develop our internal communication and employee engagement
We have been waiting for you because you:
- Are studying in the field of hospitality, business administration, marketing, or communication sciences
- Ideally have gained first experience as a working student in the commercial sector in project management, event organization, or internal communication
- Convince with your communicative and proactive nature and love to initiate ideas, bring people together, and get projects going
- Are a real organizational talent, work structured and independently, always keep an overview, and ensure smooth processes even in complex situations with your professionalism
- Have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
What's in for you? This is how we groove:
- Your style, your laughter, your ideas – Bring your personality to work. Maybe with a new tattoo, piercing, or a new hair color?
- We prefer to connect informally - may we introduce: Michael, founder of Ruby
- Better together – at work, at team events, or simply because it's Monday 😉
- No more excuses – we support your sports program
- No matter how you get to work – a mobility allowance is on top
- Take it to the next level – secure extra cash through talent scouting and semi-annual bonuses
- Level up your game – with Ruby, you will rise high
- Innovation is part of our DNA – Lean Luxury, paperless, cashless, … you name it
Where have you been so long?
Daily business? Not with us. Whether you have an eye for detail or want to take new paths with your creative and innovative nature, whether you are tech-savvy or numbers are your passion – at Ruby, you will surely soon find your place. We are constantly looking for extraordinary characters and passionate team players.
Instead of perfect resumes, we value great personalities who help us shape hotels and workspaces with heart and soul. Whatever your passion is: Come to us and write your own story with Ruby.

We believe that...
...you can love whoever you want
...you should decide whether and with which pronouns you want to be addressed
