This appeals to you
- Creation of optical concepts and support for our measuring devices until they are ready for series production
- Design of optical assemblies and creation of 2D and 3D models of optoelectronic assemblies
- Construction of test systems and prototypes of optical assemblies (Cameras & Lasers)
- Supporting production in ramping up new product launches
- Analysis of prototypes, market returns and competing products
- Ensuring the innovation landscape and contributing to the creation of the product roadmap
- Visiting trade fairs and suppliers and evaluating new suppliers in the optics sector
This is you
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in optics, mechatronics or equivalent
- Experience in CAD (e.g. Siemens NX) and Zemax OpticStudio
- Basic knowledge of image processing (ImageJ, OpenCV) an advantage
- Experience in the design of optomechatronic measuring systems is an advantage
- Interest in a wide range of tasks in the field of optics, mechanics, SW, in an innovative environment
- Solution-oriented, flexible and committed
- Good communication skills, methodical approach to work and strong customer and goal orientation
- Good knowledge of English and basic knowledge of German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
