Your tasks:
Together with our committed and dynamic support team, you will take on the following tasks:
- You handle disruptions and service requests (1st and 2nd level support) at the IT service desk and via ticketing and initiate measures for sustainable solutions
- You assist with processing IT procurements as well as maintaining and installing hardware and software
- You support the management of central services such as Intune, Azure, Identity and Access Management, Inventory Management
- You conduct introductory events for students and support training and education for employees
- You participate in various projects of Corporate IT or the universities
Your profile:
- Completed basic IT training and professional experience in IT support
- Good social skills, well-groomed, friendly and confident appearance, helpful and open personality
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows and Office environment
- Knowledge of macOS and experience with Apple devices is an advantage
- Independent, proactive personality with initiative and team player qualities
- Reliability, flexibility and adaptability
- Creativity in finding solutions
- Willingness to continue education in new technologies and products
- Good ITIL knowledge, certification is an advantage
