This is what your job will be like
- You take on the technical leadership role in the design, implementation, and further development of modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and the Defender Suite.
- You define and implement architecture and automation standards for our customer environments.
- You accompany demanding migration and transformation projects from planning to implementation.
- You further develop configuration-as-code approaches and realize automations via CI/CD pipelines and scripting.
- You advise customers on technical and strategic issues in the modern workplace context.
- You work closely with solution architects and engineers from the areas of cloud, security, and network.
What you should bring
- Several years of experience in architecture, engineering, and operation of Microsoft workplace solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure AD, Printix, and the Defender products.
- Experience in automation and configuration as code (IaC, CaC, DSC).
- Good knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, YAML, Git, Azure DevOps).
- Understanding of security, compliance, and lifecycle topics.
- Advantageous: Certifications such as - Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert / Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Strategic thinking, communication skills, and a high degree of initiative.
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
