Revenue & Reservations Manager (m/f/d)

The following tasks are part of your versatile role:

• Optimization of room rates and maximization of revenues through innovative and dynamic pricing strategies.
• Leading a team of three reservation staff, including training, performance evaluations, and ensuring smooth operations in the reservations area.
• Analyzing market trends and competitors to define optimal pricing strategies.
• Analyzing booking trends and managing room availability to guarantee optimal occupancy.
• Using Opera Cloud (PMS) and Hotellistat (RMS) for data-driven decision making.
• Creating and implementing revenue forecasts and budget plans.
• Close collaboration with the sales team to support and further develop sales strategies.
• Analysis and reporting of revenue and reservation activities for continuous optimization of results.

• Commercial training, hotel management school or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in revenue management, ideally with leadership responsibility and prior experience in reservations.
• Affinity for luxury hospitality and a deep understanding of market mechanisms
• Solid analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
• Confident handling of Opera Cloud and Hotellistat is an advantage
