- Personnel management and support of directly subordinate employees as well as leading and organizing the team deployment

Requirements
- Tertiary education: Bachelor (FH or University / TH), preferably in Social Work or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 1 to 2 years of leadership experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
- English | spoken: B2 | written: B2 (advantageous)
