The operations department of the Thurgau Cantonal Police is responsible for security police training, special support, as well as the control and coordination of the operational resources of basic services and also ensures the operation of the cantonal emergency call center.

To complete our team, we are looking for a

• Support of the department management in leadership, planning, and coordination tasks
• Participation in projects and handling of specific dossiers on behalf of the department management
• Preparation of decision-making bases, reports, and leadership products
• Preparation, leadership, and follow-up of specialist meetings and reports
• Ensuring appointment, information, and document management within the operations department
• Support in personnel and leadership administration

• Completed commercial or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in an assistance or leadership support function, preferably in a security-relevant environment
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Foreign language skills and project experience are an advantage
• Proficient IT user skills (MS Office, planning tools, databases)
• Strong organizational talent, resilience, and independent working style
• High reliability, discretion, and ability to work in a team
