Work location: Châtelard
Your mission:
As an electrical team leader, you are responsible for organizing and ensuring the maintenance of electrical equipment.
Your responsibilities:
- Organize, plan, and lead maintenance and electrical rehabilitation work
- Supervise the work and personnel on site
- Establish orders for materials and tools
- Ensure the follow-up of the technical documentation of installations in the field of activity
- Manage and execute projects and business
- Actively participate in the safety of people, property, and the environment and ensure the application and respect of safety directives and measures
- Organize and ensure an on-call service
Your skills:
- CFC of installer-electrician, automation technician, or equivalent profession
- Federal certificate of maintenance agent or equivalent training
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in a hydroelectric installation, in industrial production, or in the field of high voltage
- Experience in team management
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Stress resistance, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Native French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language
