Job Description- Responsibility for daily operations and ensuring smooth service processes
- Training and motivating new employees
- Contributing to achieving company goals, such as sales and customer satisfaction
- Support with administrative and organizational tasks (purchasing, orders, inventory, logistics, scheduling)
- Conducting annual inventories
- Compliance with & ensuring quality and hygiene regulations
- Work from Monday to Sunday, shifts between 04:00 and 22:00
- Flexibility to work in shifts

Qualifications
- Service excellence and a "host with passion" mentality
- Impeccable character reference
- Relevant professional experience in service or retail
- Completed gastronomic training is an advantage
- Previous management experience is an advantage
- High quality awareness and passion for premium products and services
- Communicative and service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Good German and/or English skills (any additional language is an advantage), as well as stress resistance
- Flexibility for shift work and accessibility to the airport during working hours

- Monthly gross salary from €3,000 + tips (approx. €400 net for full-time).
