Head of the Office for Property Valuation

The Office for Property Valuation conducts official valuations of developed properties within the framework of revisions and applications. It is decentralized and organized at six locations. The approximately 60 employees regularly exchange information with owners, municipal and cantonal authorities, the Graubünden Building Insurance, and other stakeholders. As head, you report directly to the head of the department. In this demanding role, you will face a varied, interesting, and exciting range of tasks in which you provide professional services for the benefit of the population, economy, and institutions.

Your area of responsibility
- Operational management of the office with locations in Chur, Davos, Ilanz, Samedan, Scuol, Thusis, as well as the staff
- Responsibility for implementing the legal mandate with a focus on conducting efficient and market-compliant revision and application valuations
- Further development of the office's services with a focus on digitalization and innovation
- Management of objection procedures
- Leadership and implementation of various projects within the scope of activities
- Regular exchange with commissions, expert committees, and other stakeholders
What we expect from you
- University degree preferably in architecture or business administration as well as training in leadership or management
- Extensive leadership experience and further education in the real estate sector
- Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a high service orientation
- Forward-looking, strategic thinking and acting, especially to promote digitalization and change management
- A winning and empathetic personality with high social competence and a convincing presence
- Knowledge of Italian and/or Romansh is an advantage
