As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Daily recording and billing of minibar sales
- Checking the minibar bills of the chambermaids and depot refillers
- Calculating daily and monthly cost of goods sold; preparing monthly cost of goods reports
- Conducting inventories and stock checks in the minibar depots, taking into account the expiration dates
- Maintenance and upkeep of the minibars
- Ensuring proper office organization including filing and data backup
- Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or comparable qualification is an advantage
- Career changers are also welcome and will be gladly trained by us
- Good IT skills, preferably with the hotel software Opera, POS system, and Microsoft Office applications
- Very good German and English skills
- Friendly, open, and professional demeanor
