Tasks
You are part of our Revenue Steering intercontinental team, taking over full responsibility for a set of routes.
- As part of our team, your goal is to set the right flight steering parameters to achieve the optimal price at the right time
- You are responsible for the revenue generated on a subset of Intercontinental routes. You decide on, set and execute the best steering strategy for your routes
- You will dive into our data to analyse our customer’s behavior and create the demand forecast to match the observed pattern
- You will shape SWISS’ future in collaboration and coordination with other teams throughout the organisation
- You derive improvement measures for your routes, implement and monitor them
- You give inputs on how to improve our systems, processes and push for innovation where needed
- You prepare and give persuasive presentations for peers, interfaces, and superiors

Requirements
You are passionate about aviation and believe that mobility plays an important role in a globally interlinked world, connecting people and cultures.
- You posses a University degree in economics, business administration, or similar education
- You have excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. In addition, you know how to manipulate data including experience in data analysis. Skills in using such tools as e.g. Excel, Python would be an asset
- Your goal is to work in a highly motivated team and to be an essential part of it by using your strong interpersonal & social skills
- You are a person with an entrepreneurial mind-set and you know how to deal with complex subjects
- You know how to work with state-of-the-art software
- You like to work in a hybrid work environment and are flexible to support other team members when needed
- You enjoy communicating fluent in English and as an asset also in German
