Team Leader Operational Procurement

Your Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of a team of 6 employees
• Active participation in daily operational business
• Supporting the team in achieving common goals
• Responsible for the disposition and monitoring of the entire product range
• Processing and follow-up of delivery errors and quality defects
• Checking and approving invoices as well as resolving discrepancies
• Definition and monitoring of safety stocks
• Ensuring optimal order quantities based on demand and inventory analyses
• Responsibility for controlling and optimizing inventory turnover
• Close cooperation with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and other interfaces
• Participation in projects for process optimization and further development of the department

Your Profile

• Completed commercial basic training with additional training in logistics or purchasing
• Several years of professional experience including initial leadership experience in disposition, inventory management, and/or purchasing
• Team-oriented personality with a modern leadership approach
• Strong communication skills and confident in dealing with internal and external contacts
• Strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Open-minded and committed personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Proficient in using various digital tools
