Supervisor 
(New Engines Industrialization)

Assigned to the New Engines organization, acting as Supervisor within the engine shop operational organization supporting the industrialization of Disassembly, Assembly lines and Piece Part Inspection Area of GTF and LEAP engines.
As such: on-boarding and leading people; develop, implement, and manage processes; coordinate projects and tasks to achieve the goals and targets of the organization.

Your tasks


  • Manage and lead the assigned Team in a multicultural environment

  • Assist on Shop Layout definition and coordinate implementation (equipment, tools, workspaces, etc...)

  • Assist on internal and external audits (as preparation for the EIS) and coordinate the implementation of the necessary improvements and corrective actions

  • Assist on interviews with candidates participating in the selection process (technicians and admin. personnel)

  • Manage and coordinate all the necessary arrangements for admission process (SRT card, uniform, training program, tooling car, integration on the shop floor, etc...)

  • Manage the OJT, Qualification, Certification Processes and provide feedback on technician overall performance

  • Assist on training plan definition and coordinate implementation

  • Identify and develop a supervisor deputy as part of the phase out/ phase in process; ensuring job continuity.

  • Define and ensure defined 5S standard

  • Drive continuous improvement culture and activities

Your profile

 


  • 4 Years technical apprenticeship

  • Experience in Engine MRO

  • Minimum of 3 Years of experience in industrial manufacturing Management skills and proven experience in leadership

  • Excellent communication skills

  • English Level minimum B2

  • Readiness for two shift works

  • Good knowledge of the operation and understanding of higher correlations

  • Ability to lead and motivate a group of employees

  • Willingness to educate and train in the relevant field of activity

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • High mass at independence, self-initiative and willingness to perform

  • Good IT knowledge, incl. SAP R/3

  • Knowledge and driver of Continuous Improvement
