Our Ruby Lotti is inspired by the golden age of journalism, as its story began as a publishing house in the heart of Hamburg's newspaper district. A large part of its 290 rooms is located directly on the Fleet, with a beautiful view of the Elbe. At Stadthausbrücke and thus in the heart of Hamburg, the most important sights such as Jungfernstieg and the town hall are only a few minutes away.

• Spend most of your time on the floor, checking the cleaning of our hotel rooms and public areas for cleanliness
• Represent the Housekeeping Operations Manager in their absence
• Are co-responsible for our housekeeping team, which consists of internal employees and external cleaning companies, and ensure that the team sticks together
• Train and coach them and are responsible for ensuring and controlling the specified quality standards
• Assist in coordinating external companies as well as in ordering and delivery note control
• Work hand in hand with our hosts and hotel technology to fulfill our guests' wishes
