About the job

• Monitoring and coordination of all daily operational processes of the gastronomic outlets: Restaurant Scala, Au Premier, Tonic Lounge-Bar including kitchen.
• Ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of service in all departments.
• Optimizing workflows to increase efficiency and productivity in the operation.
• Planning, organizing, and supervising events such as conferences, banquets, and corporate parties, etc.
• Contact person for customer inquiries and bookings in the event area.
• Active sales of rooms/events.
• Monitoring staff scheduling in cooperation with department heads.
• Support with vacation planning/time off, etc.
• Monitoring inventory in cooperation with those responsible.

• Graduation from a hotel management school or solid professional experience in the hotel/restaurant industry in this or a similar position
• Entrepreneurial thinking and business understanding
• High sense of responsibility, resilience, and reliability
• Leadership experience and assertiveness
• Very high level of quality awareness
• Structured and proactive working style
• Excellent communication skills with high social competence and good manners towards guests, superiors, and employees
• Very good oral and written language skills in German and English
• Very good knowledge of common computer programs
• Knowledge of Mirus HR 3.0 personnel administration, Simphony POS system, PMS Opera Cloud, and Aleno reservation system is an advantage
