In our Real Estate division, we manage, build, and operate the properties of Zürcher Kantonalbank with over 120 colleagues. Together with you, we want to shape the future.

As Head of Security & Technology, you report directly to the Real Estate management. You ensure personal, asset, and property protection as well as the physical protection of information and are responsible for the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of all security and building technology systems. In addition, you lead our 24-hour security control center, which receives, controls, and manages all security-relevant alarms. Your responsibilities extend across our three Corporate Centers and more than 50 locations.

Your Responsibilities

Leading the Security & Technology department with around 50 employees
Ensuring personal, asset, and property protection
Responsible for preventive and reactive protective measures and continuous development of security technology
Overall responsibility for the safe and stable operation of security and building technology on all bank-used premises and properties
Managing the 24-hour security control center including alarm reception, control, and intervention
Ensuring technical standards in new construction, renovation, refurbishment, and relocation projects
Maintaining, optimizing, and renewing all security and building technology systems
Budgeting and managing maintenance, operating, and investment costs
Monitoring relevant environmental aspects within the area of responsibility
Active participation in the Real Estate and overall bank emergency organization

Your Profile

Basic technical training in construction and specific knowledge in building technology and technical building management
Several years of leadership experience in police service, ideally with operational experience in demanding situations and leading larger teams
Ideally, you have already demonstrated your leadership experience in the private sector
Assertiveness, high resilience, and confident demeanor characterize you
You bring very good knowledge of modern security technology
You have the ability to oversee complex technical, organizational, and security-related contexts
You possess pronounced strategic thinking and the ability to develop concepts holistically
High social competence, reliability, and openness to change complete your profile
