SITUATION: Our business partner, a cross-border transport company, is looking for a dispatcher for the national and international handling of truck transports. In this role, you manage the company-owned fleet, coordinate truck traffic, and ensure that all vehicles are optimally utilized.
TASKS:
• dispatching LTL and FTL shipments (national and international)
• commissioning drivers
• chartering external vehicles
• notifying customers and partners
• planning truck routes
• calculating daily prices
• checking freight, transport, and customs documents
• preparing customs declarations
• billing and archiving dossiers
REQUIREMENTS:
• training as a freight forwarding clerk or road transport specialist
• professional experience in national and/or international truck dispatching
• customer-oriented thinking and acting - proactive and solution-oriented personality

German: native
English: good knowledge
