Intern Project Partnerships & Philanthropy (80-100%)

To strengthen the Marketing and Communications department in Zurich, we are looking for you as an Intern Project Partnerships & Philanthropy (80-100%) starting 01.03.2026 or by arrangement for 12 months.
YOUR TASKS
You will support the Project Partnerships and Philanthropy team, which is responsible for collaboration with foundations, private major donors, companies, and other institutions. In doing so, you will learn a lot about modern development cooperation and the necessary fundraising for projects.
In this role, you will take on the following tasks:
- Writing project proposals and reports for various donors
- Drafting and translating various texts for communication with donors
- Researching background information on foundations, companies, etc.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations on specific projects
- Supporting the organization and execution of various events, including preparation and follow-up
- Supporting various activities such as acquisition, database maintenance, mailings, acknowledgments, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in communication, translation, applied languages, journalism, marketing, or a similar field
- Experience in writing, editing, and translating texts, as well as a great talent for communication and language
- Fluent German as well as very good English and French skills, Spanish skills are an advantage
- Team-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations
- Interest in fundraising, marketing, communication, and international development cooperation

The monthly gross internship salary ranges from 3,200 to 3,800 CHF depending on the highest degree and professional experience.
