- You are responsible for finance and contracts on behalf of CREM and act as the interface to controlling and accounting. Your responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, calculation and project controlling as well as managing action plans
- You further develop the finance/contracts area within CREM, professionalize it and help to increase financial understanding within the CREM organization
- You are part of the management team, actively contribute, support the head of CREM in his daily tasks and represent the interests of Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) where necessary
- Reporting tasks (real estate and environment), as well as managing orders and invoices, are also part of your controlling and finance duties
- Together with your colleagues from CREM, you work on the future viability in the area of digitalization and automation of our organization, thus advancing us strategically and tactically
- You take on overarching tasks in CREM such as processing our annual goals, coordinating and further developing SLAs, maintaining the internal control system and the risk matrix
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have a degree in business administration, real estate management, or a similar field, as well as several years of professional experience in accounting, financial controlling or reporting with an understanding of financial processes and real estate
- Several years of professional experience in finance, ideally in real estate or real estate management
- Sound knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting and investment calculation
- Very good Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, Power Query, Power BI) as well as experience with databases, automation tools. Experience with CAFM is an advantage
- Analytical thinking skills, ability to understand complex relationships and optimize processes
- You are flexible in mind and an initiative and assertive personality with pronounced social skills (empathetic, trustworthy & reliable)
- Very good communication and presentation skills, as well as negotiation skills complete your profile
