In this versatile role, you are the first point of contact on site for our employees with technical questions and problems in Kastanienbaum/LU. You take care of the first and second level support for our Windows, Mac, and occasionally Linux clients. In the workplace area, you then focus on hardware, operating systems, and applications.

Your tasks within the areas assigned to you
- Ensuring the daily ICT operations and ICT infrastructure
- Providing and maintaining Windows and Mac workstations
- Supporting and advising our employees on ICT questions
- Maintenance and support of our meeting rooms and video conferencing systems
- Participation in IT projects
- If interested and capable, development potential towards client engineer available
You bring the following with you
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in ICT support
- Solid knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Windows 11, M365 Apps (Office), AD)
- Experience in Mac support, maintenance of a management platform for Windows computers, and multimedia area (video conferencing system) is a plus
- First experience in Linux (Debian distribution) is another plus
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
- Strong service, solution, and customer orientation
- Ability to communicate clearly and take initiative
- Enjoy working independently in an international environment with a broad range of tasks
- Strong collegiality as well as proven resilience, assertiveness, and implementation skills
- Analytical thinking and systematic approach
