Finance & Controlling Expert

As a finance & controlling expert, you will contribute to the financial management of the Bank and participate in various projects within the department. You will ensure the reliability of financial information as well as compliance with regulatory requirements.
Specifically?
- You will be responsible for monitoring investments and costs (CAPEX / OPEX) for the entire bank
- You will contribute to the development of dashboards and financial analysis to reach your audience with impact and support strategic decision-making
- You will participate in the preparation and improvement of financial forecasts
- You will contribute to the redesign of the investment process (real estate / IT)
- You will participate in the implementation of regulatory reporting crucial for supervisory authorities (SNB – FINMA)

This position is for you if…
- You stand out with strong analytical skills combined with in-depth knowledge of banking regulations
- You have a tertiary education in economics (HEC, Federal Diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling) coupled with experience in banking risk management, banking accounting, or banking audit.
- You master banking regulations, and your interest in IT gives you ease with software (ideally Fire and Finnova) as well as reporting tools (e.g., PowerBi).
- Native French or German speaker, your good knowledge of the second language is a definite asset
- Agile and sociable person, you bring a sharp analytical mind and the dynamism necessary for proactive management of your files.
Finally, you excel in a changing environment and demonstrate initiative, rigor, and autonomy. Your curiosity and proactivity allow you to identify relevant solutions.
