Your tasks

• Processing inquiries with examination of technical feasibility
• Quotation calculation and ERP-supported creation of offers and orders
• Technical support of ongoing offers
• Creation of technical drawings in the calculation program
• Sending offers, order confirmations
• Administrative processing in CRM
• Efficient order processing including preparation and clarification for handover to AVOR
• Final check of orders before handover to production
• Supporting AVOR if needed

Your profile

• Basic training in the window or metal construction industry
• Technical or commercial further education is an advantage
• CAD knowledge     Professional experience in a similar function
• Good knowledge of MS Office products including ERP application
• High customer and service orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Communication in French is an advantage
