Your area of impact:
You help develop innovative concepts and strategies to increase the number of quality applications and build our talent pools - for now and the future
You make Holcim visible as an attractive employer by launching and implementing initiatives, partnerships, fairs, and events online and on-site to attract future talents
You have an overview of our internal talent pool, coordinate development steps, and develop career paths
You coordinate the recruitment process and conduct interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, and represent our corporate culture externally
Optional: You supervise our commercial apprentices as a trainer
Your profile:
You have a completed (technical) university degree in psychology or similar and ideally already have experience in talent management
You are passionate about attracting talent and have a good sense for people and their motivation
You are a communication talent and convince with your open, winning manner and professional appearance
You work independently, structured, and are proficient in dealing with numbers, reports, and systems
You are a curious person who likes to think outside the box and wants to drive our talent acquisition forward with fresh ideas
You speak fluent German, have good English skills, and enjoy being out and about with talents
