Class and annual salary (including 13th month):

Tasks:
- taking on and managing civil law protection mandates for minors and adults
- general advice to voluntary curators/guardians and other entities
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, educational sciences, social work, diploma of advanced studies SUP in mental health and psychiatry or equivalent qualifications
- experience in individual social case management
- experience in administrative and accounting management is a preferred qualification
- knowledge of adult and minor protection law, family law, and social benefits
- availability, reliability, cooperative and welcoming attitude, communication and mediation skills
- knowledge of services and authorities in Ticino
- organizational skills, goal-oriented and networked work
- proficiency in Italian and good knowledge of a second official language; knowledge of the third official language is a preferred qualification
- practical knowledge of main computer applications
- driver's license and willingness to work outside office hours
Special remarks:
- start of service: from January 1, 2026 or date to be agreed.
- possibility of employment at 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%. Candidates are invited to indicate the percentage of work they are available for and the location (Locarno or Lugano) in their application

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
