Your tasks:
- You take responsibility for marketing and budget planning and manage all marketing activities
- You maintain and strengthen our brand and design a digital patient journey
- You lead projects with drive and support teams with your know-how
- You create analyses and reports for the ongoing optimization of our measures
- You further develop our online platforms and implement targeted marketing campaigns – focusing on user journey, conversions, and measurable results
- Together with our HR, you develop creative employer branding initiatives that have an impact

What we expect from you:
- Several years of experience in marketing, ideally in a branch company
- Solid know-how in digital marketing (SEO, SEA, UX, Analytics, Customer Journey)
- Experience in branding and brand development
- A feel for effective content on social media and other channels
- You have an affinity for healthcare
- You think along, take initiative, and have a pronounced hands-on mentality
