Johanneum has been an important place of education, life and work for people with special support needs for over 100 years. Around 60 pupils are supported and individually promoted here. Headteacher 80 – 100 %

In this responsible role, you lead and develop the school in educational, personnel and organisational terms. You shape a respectful learning and working culture and accompany an interdisciplinary team in its further development. In doing so, you ensure a stable and structured school operation and coordinate central processes such as admissions, transitions and cooperation with internal and external partners. Together with specialists from education and therapy, you ensure individual support for the pupils. In addition, you actively contribute to the management and make an important contribution to the further development of the entire institution in the interplay of school, living, training and work.

We are addressing a convincing personality with pedagogical training and experience in the education sector. Knowledge of the special education environment or the willingness to undertake appropriate further training is an advantage. You have leadership experience, think in networks and bring conceptual strength. Your high social competence, clear communication and decisiveness distinguish you as much as your commitment to inclusive and support-oriented educational work.
