About the job

• You manage the activities of reception and seminar rooms (promotion, booking, client follow-up, invoicing, coordination with caterers, management and supervision of auxiliary staff)
• You manage oenotourism activities (budget management and organization of related events)
• You supervise and support activities/events in the shops (raclette, themed evenings, tastings, etc.)
• You ensure the follow-up of tastings (reporting, statistics, customer satisfaction)
• You receive and coordinate any representation request requiring the presence of an oenologist.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality school or equivalent training in marketing, event management, and hotel service
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in project management
• Excellent priority management, organizational skills
• Flexibility and autonomy
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
