We are a rapidly growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in the most exciting locations in Europe and many more projects under construction. We are taking new paths with our Lean Luxury philosophy and thus creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury. Our Munich office bundles all construction/design, administration, and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel. The central operations department is responsible for all operational processes in the existing Ruby hotels as well as the preparation of all new openings.

• Carry the overall operational responsibility for all Ruby hotels – ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability
• Lead and develop our cluster hotel managers and their teams – with a clear focus on performance, potential, and personality
• Monitor key figures, budgets, and processes, analyze results, and derive sustainable improvements
• Balance strategy and practice: You think entrepreneurially but stay close to operational activities
• Ensure that Ruby standards and brand values are lived in every hotel – from atmosphere to guest experience
• Work closely with teams from F&B, Rooms, Openings, Interior, and other group functions to continuously improve operational processes

We have been waiting for you because you:

• Bring at least 10 years of experience in hotel operations – including 5 years in group-wide or multi-property leadership roles
• Lead with clarity and empathy and know how to inspire and empower others
• Think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and communicate clearly
• Are strong with numbers, decisive, and never lose sight of the details
• Understand that culture is not a "nice to have" but the key to sustainable success
• Speak fluent German and English and feel comfortable in international structures
