• Managing adult protection mandates according to the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB) based on contemporary methodological principles and an average Swiss caseload
• Supporting your clients in personal, legal, and material matters
• Advising and accompanying those seeking help within the framework of personal assistance and in cooperation with various service branches of the Social Department as well as external agencies and institutions
• Participation in intervision sessions, internal training, and supervision
• Collaboration in a committed and motivated team with a culture of open doors and professional support from supervisors
• Degree (university/university of applied sciences) and practical experience in the field of adult protection
• Ideally experience in statutory social work
• Strong communication skills and talent in dealing with people, great sense of responsibility, and high resilience
• Precise and independent working style in administrative tasks as well as motivation to take on administrative duties
• Enjoyment of writing and a confident, stylistically secure written expression
• A respectful, collegial collaboration and a good working atmosphere
